THE COMPANY

Etna Excursion is a company born by the idea of some members of the Board of Directors of an off-road club. Those people have decided to offer their twenty-year experience in the organisation of races, national rallies, excursions and travels in North Africa to those people who want to spend a unique holiday or make unforgettable trips of two or more days. Thanks to their continue care and deep respect of nature, the members of Etna excursion company have achieved a competence which, undoubtedly, guarantees help and assistance to those people who want to discover places otherwise unreachable. Thanks to the numerous and different kinds of excursion that you can make – moving from the crystalline sea to the green peaks of the Mount Etna – you can taste the home, simple but spicy and flavoured Sicilian cuisine, which together with the millenarian enogastronomic tradition, will satisfy every good fork. With simple but enchanting routes of half-day excursion or with trips of two or more days, thanks to off-road vehicles, quads and mountain bikes you can visit ancient villages, medieval castles and enjoy the sight of incredible landscape characterised by very thick woods with green peaks and by valleys and plains, sometimes arid and bare, sometimes delightfully coloured. You can have lunch and spend the night in the numerous agri-touristic farms or in small restaurants or in mountain shelters. Etna Excursion programme offers many monthly events with daily trips for guided visits in very interesting places. Etna Excursion company in collaboration with the 4WD Club Acireale and with F.I.F. (Federatione Italiana Fuoristrada) instructors offers the opportunity of attending mini-courses in off-road drive, and moreover, thanks to the collaboration and support of extreme sport associations -canyoning, free climbing, ultralight flights, trekking, speleology, trial - is able to organise very particular and adventurous excursions.
